You can easily cancel your parking with any of the three methods below. Please note: We do not accept cancellations over the phone. All cancellations must be received by the 20th of each month. Cancellations filed after the 20th will be subject to a $15 cancellation fee. We do NOT take cancellations after the 27th of the month.
Login to your customer account here. After you make the appropriate changes, scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Update My Account". You can also call our 24/7 customer support at 704-375-6014 ext. 2, or stop by our office Monday thru Friday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
You can pay your violation 3 ways:
First, you must login to view the violation on our website here. Click the violation number you would like to appeal and follow the steps. Appeals must be made within 10 days of the violation issue date. You must appeal each violation individually.

Appeals are not handled in person, or by phone. The appellate division is not located at the corporate office. Within
2 to
3 weeks, you will receive an email response from our appeals department that includes and
instructions and next steps. Be sure to check your spam folder so you do not miss our email
response.
Charlotte customers, if you have lost your permit and/or access card, please visit our office for a replacement. There is a $15 replacement fee for the permits and a $25 replacement fee for access cards. ***Please note that garage access card fees vary based on the customer contract for each garage.
Our office is open from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday thru Friday.
